Why I built this
It started with a man whose hands don’t work.
Pat builds custom cutting boards entirely by hand — and he’s a quadriplegic whose hands don’t work. He moves his wrists to make his fingers move. His slogan says it best: “Handmade work with hands that don’t work.”
I met Pat at an EQ training in 2017. I was his leadership coach, and over the years we became friends. So when one of his videos went viral — 35,000 comments — and he told me he was drowning, I listened. Buried in all those comments were people asking “where do I buy this?” But when the count climbed past a thousand, he told me, “I wouldn’t even get through them” — he’d go do his paying orders and the buyers slipped away.
So I built an auto-reply to answer every buyer in his voice and send them to his store — 24/7, while Pat stayed in the shop doing what he loves. His engagement climbed so much that Meta now pays him for his content.
Six weeks later, his own store dashboard told the story: 2 sales in May became 19 in June — revenue up 573% — and zero comments typed by Pat, with hands that don’t work. That’s when I knew it wasn’t just for me.
Here’s what I believe: you shouldn’t have to learn AI to benefit from it. You’re brilliant at your craft — you shouldn’t have to become an engineer too. So I’ll set it up for you. Your AI answers the calls, the DMs, and the comments — and books the work — while you focus on what only you can do.
