SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description
ReplyReady ("we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered receptionist and lead capture platform for small businesses. As part of our Service, we send SMS (text) messages to both our customers (business owners) and their leads (callers/prospects) for the following purposes:
- Lead alerts: Notifying business owners of new incoming leads captured by the AI receptionist
- Booking confirmations: Sending callers a link to book an appointment after an AI call
- Missed call text-back: Automatically texting callers when a business misses their call
- Follow-up drip sequences: Automated follow-up messages to leads who have not yet booked (Pro plan and above)
- Google review requests: Requesting reviews from customers after service completion (Pro plan and above)
- Account notifications: Billing alerts, subscription confirmations, and security notices
2. Sender Information
SMS messages are sent by ReplyReady via Telnyx from the following phone number:

This number is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) for 10DLC messaging compliance in the United States.
3. Consent and Opt-In
For business owners (our customers): By creating a ReplyReady account and providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to lead alerts, account notifications, and service updates. You may configure which SMS notifications you receive in your dashboard under Settings > Notifications.
For leads (callers/prospects): When a caller provides their phone number to the AI receptionist during a call, they consent to receive a booking link, missed call follow-up, or other transactional messages related to their inquiry. Consent is obtained verbally during the AI call and/or through the business's existing customer consent mechanisms.
Consent to receive SMS messages is NOT a condition of purchasing or using the ReplyReady Service. Business owners may disable all SMS features and use email or Telegram notifications instead.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your subscription plan, notification settings, and call/lead volume:
- Solo plan: Up to 50 SMS messages per month
- Pro plan: Up to 200 SMS messages per month
- Business plan: Up to 1,000 SMS messages per month
- Enterprise plan: Custom volume
Additional SMS messages beyond your plan's included allotment are billed at per-message rates as specified in your subscription agreement.
5. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to SMS messages you send or receive through the ReplyReady Service. ReplyReady is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
6. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP: Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from +1 (732) 394-1771
- Dashboard settings: Log in to your ReplyReady dashboard and navigate to Settings > Notifications to disable SMS alerts
- Email us: Contact support@replyready.ai with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and include your phone number
After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. No further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you re-opt-in.
Note for business owners: Opting out of SMS will disable lead alert text messages. You will still receive lead notifications via email and/or Telegram if those channels are enabled.

8. Data Privacy and Sharing
Your mobile phone number and the phone numbers of your leads will NOT be sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties for their promotional or marketing purposes.
Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery partner (Telnyx) for the sole purpose of delivering messages on our behalf. Telnyx is contractually prohibited from using these numbers for any purpose other than message delivery.

9. Supported Carriers
ReplyReady SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Changes to SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of SMS features after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
