From a refugee at 8 to going all in at 50.

I started with nothing.

I came to the United States as a refugee when I was 8 years old, with nothing but a family that refused to give up. That beginning shaped everything: I learned early that you don’t wait for permission to build a better life — you go and build it.

25 years building the future.

I became a systems engineer, and for the last 25 years I’ve worked in the heart of Silicon Valley — building and running the technology the modern world quietly depends on. Self-driving cars. The software global businesses run on. The data centers that keep the internet alive. Defense systems that have to work when everything is on the line.

I’ve spent a quarter century making enterprise-grade technology work. Now I want to put that same caliber of tech to work for you.

The other 12 years.

Technology was only half of it. For the last 12 years, I’ve volunteered as a leadership and personal-development coach — helping business owners find the courage to take the risk, play big, and go after their vision. Engineering taught me how things work. Coaching taught me what people are truly capable of when someone believes in them.

How ReplyReady was born.

This past year, I quietly built something — honestly, just for myself — to pick up the calls coming in from my own marketing campaign. I never planned to turn it into a business.

Then I kept hearing the same thing from every business owner I talked to:

“I keep hearing about AI, but I’m too busy to learn it. I just want it to work for me.”

One of them was my friend Pat. I met Pat at an EQ training back in 2017 — I was his leadership coach, and over the years we became friends. Pat’s a woodworker, and his slogan says it all: “handmade work with hands that don’t work.” He’s quadriplegic, and he builds beautiful custom cutting boards anyway.

One day he told me he was drowning. A video of his had gone viral — 35,000 comments, more than he’d gotten all year — and buried in them were people asking “where do I buy this?” But when the comments climbed past a thousand, he told me, “I wouldn’t even get through them” — he’d go do his paying orders, and those buyers slipped away.

So I built him an auto-reply that answers every buyer in his voice and sends them to his store — 24/7, while Pat stays in the shop doing what he loves. His engagement climbed so much that Meta now pays him for his content, and he’s making two videos a day instead of one because he’s not glued to his phone anymore.

That’s when I knew it wasn’t just for me. If I could help Pat, I could help every non-technical owner free up their time by handling replies efficiently and commenting on the right posts to boost engagement and generate more leads.

What I believe.

You shouldn’t have to learn AI to benefit from it. You’re brilliant at your craft — you shouldn’t have to become an engineer too. So I’ll do what I’m good at: put my 25 years of tech to work and set it up for your business myself.
